We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Project Manager to act as a key partner to the PMO team, supporting the planning and execution of complex healthcare projects, including public sector implementations. This role requires a balance of business analysis and project coordination skills, ensuring accurate requirements gathering, clear documentation, and successful delivery of Evorad® solutions and other healthcare initiatives within strict timelines and compliance frameworks. The role reports directly to the Head of PMO. 

Responsibilities 

  • Ensure that all business analysis and delivery tasks are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with company workflows.
  • Coordinate operational activities, including the preparation and timely submission of project deliverables, periodic progress reports, and official correspondence, while organizing internal teams and subcontractors to meet contractual and compliance requirements.
  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and technical requirements in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project and analysis plans to track progress, maintain internal records, and prioritize backlog items. 
  • Manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors involved in system integrations or deployments. 
  • Oversee business analysis activities with clients, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and software capabilities. 
  • Support UAT, configuration, and deployment activities, acting as the bridge between functional needs and technical implementation.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (postgraduate degree is a plus) 
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or related roles, with proven involvement in public sector projects, preferably in healthcare IT or enterprise software 
  • Prior experience with healthcare projects, clinical software, or medical imaging systems (RIS/PACS) is highly desirable 
  • Experience in managing deliverables, progress reports, and compliance requirements in public sector projects 
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
  • Solid understanding of both functional workflows and technical solutions 
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to coordinate internal teams and subcontractors 
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools 
  • PMP/PMI/PRINCE2/CBAP certification is a plus
