Speak4 is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise and mid-market growth for our digital advocacy platform. This role is responsible for developing strategic client relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and partnering with organizations to advance large-scale advocacy and engagement initiatives.

The Role
The Senior Account Executive will own the end-to-end sales process for enterprise and mid-market accounts, from initial engagement through contract execution and long-term account development. This individual will work closely with executive stakeholders, marketing leaders, and advocacy professionals to position Speak4 as a strategic partner rather than a point solution. Success in this role requires strong consultative selling skills, experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees, and the ability to align Speak4’s capabilities with organizational objectives.
This position is based in Arlington, VA, with remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with enterprise and mid-market organizations.
- Develop and execute account strategies for high-value prospects and strategic verticals.
- Engage senior decision-makers through discovery sessions, executive briefings, and tailored product demonstrations.
- Articulate Speak4’s value proposition in terms of organizational outcomes, scalability, and long-term impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting, pricing, and contract execution.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and reporting using HubSpot and related tools.
- Partner closely with Partner Success teams to ensure effective onboarding and long-term client success.
- Stay informed on industry, regulatory, and technology trends impacting digital advocacy and engagement.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Four or more years of successful B2B sales experience, with demonstrated success selling SaaS solutions to enterprise or mid-market organizations.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate complex procurement and approval processes.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.
