The Supervisor shall be required to perform supervisory duties that may include all or part of the responsibilities set forth below:
• Supervising the guard force;
• Conducting inspections of guards and guard posts.
• Investigating irregularities or incidents and writing clear and concise report.
• Supervising special function teams, such as mobile patrol units.
• Preparing reports and making recommendations regarding the discipline and termination actions.
• Reports to the Shift Supervisor and/or Guard Force Commander.
• Providing on-the-job training of subordinates.
• Ensure all guards are properly uniformed.
• Oversight of and responsible for quality control and contract compliance.
• Deploying guards for a shift or at a facility.
• Acting as a point of contact with the COR and GTM on operational guard force matters.
Requirements
The Supervisor shall have at least a secondary education, National Diploma, or High School. A minimum of five years’ experience in the military, police or guard force with proven experience in leadership roles is required. Experience with risk management including problem identification and problem solving would be highly recommended. In addition, Supervisor shall meet the following qualifications:
• Speak the local language.
• Have experience managing security staff.
• Be proficient in all areas of physical security and access control.
• Be trained in the use of physical methods of control and restraint.
• Be experienced in basic communications and radio use/procedures.
• Hold a current host-country driver’s license.
