Requirements
- Typical Experience: Total 4-9 years in IT with 3-6 years of experience in managing projects through the entire lifecycle.
- Hands on experience as Scrum Master/ Agile Project Manager for at least for 3-4 years.
- Hands on experience in Software Life Cycle (SDLC), waterfall, hybrid and agile projects
- Experience in using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean Agile frameworks.
- Experience in Project Management tools such as JIRA, ADO etc.
- SAFe/ CSM / PSM equivalent certification.
- Bachelors in Engineering / MBA.
- PMP® certification, Agile or SAFe certification preferred.
- The experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques to enhance the Scrum approach (e.g. Estimation Techniques, progress visualization techniques, retrospective formats, approaches for handling bugs, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
