Our client is a well-established IT services provider in France, specializing in SAP technical consulting, cloud migration, and managed services for mid-sized and large enterprises. With 15+ years of expertise, the company delivers SAP Basis, S/4HANA, infrastructure, and cloud transformation projects. We are looking for a Senior SAP Basis Consultant to join the technical team and lead SAP landscape evolution initiatives. Reporting to the SAP Team Leader, you will manage complex SAP technical projects, support multi-client environments, and contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP platforms and services.

Location: Hybrid (1 week per month or 2-3/days a week if in IDF)

Office Location: Marcq-en-Barœul

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP landscape evolution projects: architecture design, S/4HANA conversions, cloud migrations, upgrades, and BTP integrations.
• Manage SAP technical operations and integrate new systems across diverse SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, HANA, Fiori).
• Oversee deployment and configuration of SAP solutions across clients.
• Handle environment lifecycle activities: version upgrades, system refreshes, cutover planning, and continuous improvements.
• Provide Level 3 support and expert troubleshooting across multiple customer landscapes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, stable, and high-performing SAP environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator / SAP Technical Consultant.
• Strong expertise in SAP technical administration and database technologies: Oracle, MSSQL, SAP HANA, SAP ASE, SAP MaxDB.
• Hands-on experience with OS/DB migrations, SAP system installations, conversions, upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Ability to manage parallel projects in multi-client environments.
• Strong interest in SAP technologies, cloud transformation, and continuous learning.
• Team-oriented, autonomous, and proactive mindset.
• Good command of technical English (spoken and written).
• Motivated to grow into a Team Leader role.
