We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Salesforce Administrator (Revenue Operations) to join our growing team in the Market Research Technology industry. This remote role supports cross-functional departments including Sales, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience, helping drive operational efficiency and data integrity across the revenue organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about data analysis, with hands-on Salesforce experience and a desire to improve processes through automation and collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain data integrity through accurate data entry, cleansing, and enrichment.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives within the Revenue Operations team.
- Learn and manage key systems including Salesforce, DealHub, and other revenue tech stack tools
- Act as a point of contact for other departments on RevOps technology and processes.
- Develop and maintain internal knowledge articles and enablement materials.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding internal users in the revenue tech stack.
- Create and customize Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot system errors and assist with Salesforce updates, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other Revenue Operations and data-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce Administrator experience, including configuration, customization, reports, dashboards, and automations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with curiosity about business operations and process optimization.
Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-have)
- 3+ years of experience as an Advanced Salesforce Administrator (AppExchange tools, SOQL, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot).
- Familiarity with sales proposal and enablement tools such as DealHub, 6sense, Gong, or Gong Engage.
