- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Senior Sales Consultants
- Set team sales targets and ensure high-performance delivery
- Optimize sales processes, conversion ratios, and customer journeys
- Analyze funnel metrics and track KPIs for continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on lead generation strategies and campaigns
- Ensure outstanding customer service and handle escalations when needed
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and ensure CRM accuracy
- Coordinate with finance, legal, CRM, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely closures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales
- 3–5 years in sales leadership or team lead roles
- Proven track record in team management and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles and market dynamics
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work weekends when required
