We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to assist Sales Executives in managing corporate accounts and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and corporate clients.
Requirements
- Support Sales Executives in managing corporate accounts to help achieve individual revenue targets.
- Develop direct contacts with key personnel in corporate accounts to expand the corporate client database.
- Assist in executing corporate account-specific marketing and sales strategies to enhance market share.
- Implement strategies to develop key revenue-generating market segments in collaboration with Sales Executives.
- Process and respond to group booking requests efficiently, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines.
- Handle individual ad-hoc pricing requests while following pricing policies to minimize discrepancies.
- Provide backup support for pricing functions and manage related tasks in the absence of the Sales Coordinator.
- Conduct agency visits to educate frontline staff on airline products, services, and policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a travel-related field.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
