- Sell and upsell FinTech B2B solutions to clients.
- Identify and implement new market development opportunities that contribute to business growth.
- Be responsible for activities involved in selling products and/or services, developing and/or expanding existing accounts.
- Build and develop long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, and developing, and negotiating contracts.
- Reach and exceed set KPIs.
- Report and consolidate data.
- Maintain personal networks, attend industry events and conferences, and generate interest from potential clients.
- Manage client accounts, understand their needs, and create a strategy with team members to meet them.
Requirements
- What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in sales - B2B/ SAAS/banking/fintech environment or in the retail sector.
- Experience and knowledge of the European banking and payments landscape would be an advantage.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven deal closer and a strong negotiator.
- Sales-oriented, analytical with the ability to work in conditions of rapid changes.
- Persistent and motivated with a habit of getting things done.
- Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner including presentations.
- Business-fluent English, Russian, and Latvian speaker with excellent verbal & written communication skills. (Additional languages are a plus).
