Position Overview
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into successful property sales transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the entire home-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
Handle and convert leads generated through digital marketing, advertising campaigns, events, and walk-ins
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and purchase timeline
Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly conversion targets
Customer Engagement & Sales
Conduct site visits and showcase properties to prospective buyers
Present project features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans effectively
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties from the portfolio
Build strong relationships and provide consultative selling approach
Handle negotiations within approved discount frameworks
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Documentation & Process Management
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM system
Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams for smooth transaction closure
Follow up on booking amounts, documentation, and payment schedules
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends
Provide feedback to marketing team on lead quality and customer preferences
Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions
