Job Summary
- Responsible for driving sales of HVAC, M&E, and BMS system solutions.
- Develops and executes sales strategies, manages client relationships, and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Works closely with technical and service teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in high-rise complex buildings, hotels, and industrial sectors.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging opportunities and market needs.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with technical and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HVAC (especially chiller plant) and M&E.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in high-rise building, hotel, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, BMS, and M&E system technologies.
Level
- Reports to the Managing Director.
- Includes annual bonus and 5% profit share.
- Mid to senior level position (minimum 5 years’ experience).
- This is a hands-on, solo pioneer role for the Malaysian market; does not manage a team.
- Clear progression path to Regional Sales Manager or Business Development Leadership roles.
Location & Work Arrangement
- Based in Kuala Lumpur office.
- Targets customers across Klang Valley and Malaysia.
