Join us as Harmoni Cakrawala Bali VIP Sales Executives / Associates in our journey to provide our clients with immersive and elevated living experiences. You will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and managing relationships with high-end clients to ensure they receive exceptional service and a personalized luxury experience at our property. This role involves sales targets, planning exclusive events and collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall clients' experiences. 

Key Tasks:

  1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits
  2. Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
  3. Build and maintain long-sterm relationships with new and existing clients
  4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  5. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
  6. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements

  1. This position is only for Indonesian and Domicile in Bali. 
  2. Min. 3 years experiences in Luxurious Resort / Real Estate.
  3. Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in business, marketing, or similar field.
  4. Possess good communication skills both in Indonesian and English. 
  5. Energetic and able to work independently or as a team. 
  6. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and emerging luxury hospitality services. 
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and abilitiy to think quickly. 
  9. Adaptable and able to cater to diverse client needs. 
  10. Willing to travel on business (if necessary).
  11. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
