Requirements
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned retail and commercial network.
- Maximize the company’s return on promotional investments by effectively utilizing display materials and sales aids.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to maintain a strong market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and commercial clients to enhance business opportunities.
- Motivate and support colleagues within assigned outlets to drive sales performance.
- Ensure accurate and efficient completion of administrative tasks and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
- Prior experience in a junior management role with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality.
- Valid local driving license.
- In-depth knowledge of local travel markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
