Global leader in the trade credit insurance sector: Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients across various industries
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored credit insurance solutions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support
  • Establish and nurture relationships with brokers and agents to drive indirect sales
  • Provide training and support to brokers on credit insurance products and processes
  • Monitor broker performance and ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure accurate risk assessment
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
  • Provide feedback to management on product improvements and market opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Experience 2–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in financial services, insurance, or credit risk management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Results-driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
