Global leader in the trade credit insurance sector: Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients across various industries
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored credit insurance solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support
- Establish and nurture relationships with brokers and agents to drive indirect sales
- Provide training and support to brokers on credit insurance products and processes
- Monitor broker performance and ensure alignment with company objectives
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure accurate risk assessment
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
- Provide feedback to management on product improvements and market opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Experience 2–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in financial services, insurance, or credit risk management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Results-driven and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
