• Manage company sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Achieve planned sales goals.
• Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Develop, implement sales plans.
• Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
• Deliver ongoing training and coaching for the sales team.
• Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
• Promote the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Analyze sales activities and set performance measures to support decision making.
• Prepare reports for management about department performance.
• Develop new business opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
Requirements
-Experience in the same field (Real Estate) not less than 10 years.
-Experience in the same title not less than 3 years.
-Experience in Zayed area.
-Preferable to be a resident of Sheik Zayed
