On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing Real Estate company with strong presence in the Greek market and expertise in both residential and commercial properties, we are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join the Buyers’ team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new opportunities while expanding the existing buyer portfolio.
  • Act as the main point of contact for buyers, providing guidance and support throughout the purchasing process.
  • Conduct property viewings and present properties effectively to potential clients.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients (buyers, owners, and partners).
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of property files and CRM updates.
  • Support the implementation of marketing strategies and exclusivity agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with the team, contributing to knowledge sharing and overall performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, ideally in real estate or related sectors, will be considered an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with client-focused mentality.
  • Highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented.
  • Result-driven with the ability to work both as a team player and individually.
  • Driving license is required.
