We are currently seeking a commercially minded professional with strong client relationship skills and a solid understanding of business needs across different sectors who will take on the role of the Sales & Business Development Executive. Their mission will be to support our B2B growth strategy and help us build long-term client partnerships
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients through targeted outreach, networking, and meetings
- Build trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business priorities
- Prepare tailored proposals and presentations aligned with client needs and our consulting services
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Consulting teams to align market opportunities with business goals
- Track pipeline activity, KPIs, and maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in a service-based environment (ie Banking)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Commercial acumen and ability to understand different business models and client challenges
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
- Fluency in Greek & English
