About the Role

As a Room Attendant, you play one of the most essential roles in the guest experience. You create a sanctuary of comfort, cleanliness, and luxury through impeccable room preparation. Every detail — from linens to amenities to presentation — reflects the standards of Kenshō Hotels & Villas. This role demands pride in one’s work, consistency, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to luxury standards.
• Maintain linen quality, amenities, and room presentation.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with guest requests in a warm and professional manner.
• Ensure all rooms are prepared on time for arrivals and turn-down.
  

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping preferred; luxury background is a plus.
• Strong eye for detail, cleanliness, and organization.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English communication skills.
