RN - ICU/Critical Care

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in for contract opportunities in Syracuse, NY. As an ICU RN, you will provide advanced care for critically ill patients, including continuous monitoring, assessing patient conditions, and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role is vital in delivering high-quality care to patients and their families during challenging times.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience is required.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS are required.
• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
