- Manage and develop relationships with non-borrowing corporate and commercial clients, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently.
- Promote the bank’s products and services through direct and cross-selling to attract new clients, deposits, and current accounts.
- Implement strategies to expand the client base, increase market share, and grow deposits in coordination with corporate and business departments.
- Maintain regular client communication, address inquiries, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct field visits and maintain an updated client database.
- Monitor competitor interest rates, adjust deposit pricing, and analyze deposit balance trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare reports and statistics on client deposit activity, including withdrawals, deposits, and portfolio performance.
- Participate in business continuity and emergency response teams to minimize crisis impact and ensure rapid operational recovery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years in corporate lending or relationship management.
- Preferably experienced with major corporations, industrial and commercial groups, and large economic entities.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in computer use and banking systems.
- Thorough knowledge of the bank’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Strong direct and cross-selling skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and motivate teams.
- Familiarity with Companies Law, Banking Law, and Central Bank regulations is an advantage.
