- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing corporate clients.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships to expand the bank’s credit portfolio and provide advisory support.
- Conduct industry and credit analyses, prepare recommendations, and ensure compliance with bank policies.
- Promote banking products and solutions, including trade finance, treasury, and cash management products.
- Conduct client visits and follow up on requests to ensure high service quality and client satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance, overdues, and early warning signals, and coordinate with relevant departments for collections and risk management.
- Lead and guide the team in acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and achieving portfolio growth targets.
- Support the Early Warning System (EWS) process and provide information for effective account management.
- Participate in business continuity and emergency response teams to minimize crisis impact and ensure operational recovery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in banking operations, including at least 5 years in corporate lending.
- Preferably experienced in dealing with major corporations, commercial and industrial groups, and large economic entities.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in computer use and familiar with banking systems.
- Thorough knowledge of the bank’s products and services.
