Remote · Full-Time

About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Retoucher + Image Library Cataloguer to join our creative team. This dual-role is perfect for someone who pairs a sharp eye for clean, natural visuals with a passion for file organization, metadata, and image workflows.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our imagery not only looks its best—but is also easy to find, share, and reuse across teams and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Retouching + Editing

  • Retouch and edit brand imagery across e-commerce, product, and lifestyle photography
  • Execute high-volume retouching projects (20+ images per batch) quickly and consistently
  • Interpret and apply creative direction from the Art Director with strong attention to detail
  • Manage personal timelines, track deadlines, and maintain consistency across all output

Image Library Management

  • Organize, rename, and catalog digital images post-shoot using clear naming conventions
  • Maintain image libraries across platforms like Canto and Dropbox
  • Tag assets with consistent metadata, including captions and keywords, for easy retrieval
  • Ensure long-term usability and discoverability of visual content across teams

Workflow + Post-Production Support

  • Intake raw files, organize them, and prepare contact sheets for selection
  • Track retouching rounds, manage feedback notes, and facilitate file handoffs
  • Maintain up-to-date asset trackers and guide files through the review and approval stages

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of professional retouching experience, ideally in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Deep understanding of color correction, image optimization, and resolution standards
  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems like Canto
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows with speed and accuracy
  • Strong understanding of file formats, version control, and naming conventions
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—solutions-oriented and proactive

Why Join Us?
You'll work in a fast-growing, creative-first team where your contribution has a direct impact on how our brand is seen, shared, and scaled. If you're someone who thrives on balancing artistry with structure, this role is for you.
