The role

We are seeking to recruit for season 2026 passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in alignment with all team members.

He/she needs to become an extension of our vision, to be able to understand our ethics & policies, to seize them and apply them within their everyday life.

To be willing to represent The Rooster as our team member while on site yet also towards the outside world, so we can rise together and be willing to provide a home away from home.

Requirements

• Provide customer information about menu items and beverages.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Have an eye for attention to details.
• Knowledge of the F&B procedures.
• Comply with healthy and safety regulations.
• Excellent command of the English language and knowledge of second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
• Teamwork spirit and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell/promote.
