- Support day-to-day financial system operations and user activities.
- Manage financial accounts and assist with budgeting, cost allocation, and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate data flow across systems.
- Assist with configuration and enhancement of financial or HR management tools (SAP, Workday, etc.).
- Contribute to governance, compliance, and reporting processes related to finance operations.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot issues in financial and HR systems and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
- Maintain financial records, support reconciliations, and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support audits, forecasts, and operational decisions.
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, and enhancements for improved process efficiency.
- Document processes and support onboarding/training of users for finance and HR applications.
