Reservations Manager for the Eliamos Villas Hotel & Spa.
As the Reservations Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing reservation operations and ensuring exceptional service is provided to our guests in this luxury setting.
About the role:
- Supervise the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring optimal efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Utilize property management systems effectively to manage inventory, pricing, and availability.
- Analyze reservation trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Train and mentor the reservations team to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients to enhance business opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and packages that attract customers.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, occupancy levels, and revenue forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Strong proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
