RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clients

•        Cultivates relationships for business growth and referrals, placing as top-of-mind business partner for clients

•        Creates new business needs and opportunities from existing and new clients

People

•        Leads the team and empowers them with knowledge, guidance and business vision

•        Coaches the team in their decision making and thought process. Actively plan for them career development

Research

•        Coaches the team on effective reporting structure that will make sharing of insights impactful

•        Leads the communication on projects, including leading discussions, updates, responding to queries Communicates on a strategic and advisory level. and providing solutions

•        Responsible for the quality and accuracy of deliverables, providing intervention and training as needed

•        Expert and reference point for team and ensuring the team is up to speed in this area

Finances

•        Contribute actively to budget planning and execution ensuring profitability

•        Ensure compliance with internal Finances processes

Communication

•        Demonstrates effective communication skills, adapts communication style and tone according to audience and message

Takes active part to MarCom activities and becomes an ambassador

HARD SKILLS & MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Profile

•        Requires  above 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. Specialism in research is necessary

•        Strong project management and planning skills, good communication and client-handling skills, shows commercial sensitivity

•        Ability to coach and manage more senior members of staff, effective delegation

•        Ability to work in an international environment
•      5+ Years of Experience in healthcare research

•        Fluency in English

Main Activities

•        Contributes actively to business strategy meetings and actions

•        Coaches team to analyze

•        Collaborates with other Business Unit Leaders. Be proactively involved in talent assessment & reviews, succession planning and developing of high potentials

•        Engages clients in high level discussion on the study outcome and what it means for their business

•        Leads complex projects

•        Leverage resource to help team in the intervention aspect of the process

•        Reviews, adds value and fine tunes the structure where needed

•        Leads the team to develop ideas that are centered on client's business needs
