Rentals Coordinator
Greece Sotheby’s International Realty seeks a Rentals Portfolio Coordinator to join its expanding Rentals Division in Athens.
This position is central to how our guests and property owners experience our brand — through precision, empathy, and attention to detail.
You will work alongside our Head of Rentals to curate, manage, and present exceptional homes across Greece’s most desirable destinations, ensuring that every stay reflects the Sotheby’s standard of beauty and care.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate the onboarding and presentation of luxury rental properties across multiple regions.
- Support day-to-day portfolio management, liaising with owners, photographers, and operations teams.
- Maintain listing accuracy, pricing updates, and availability calendars.
- Communicate directly with guests and partners to ensure seamless booking and guest relations.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the rental experience, combining operational excellence with the emotional value of luxury hospitality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in property, travel, or luxury client service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Greek; a third language is a plus.
- High attention to detail, a structured mindset, and a genuine appreciation for exceptional service.
- Tech-literate and confident managing digital tools (CRMs, booking systems, spreadsheets).
