As a Customer Service Representative, you´ll be at the heart of the customer journey—creating positive, memorable experiences at every interaction. You will:
Be the friendly and professional point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email
Represent a leading European brand with confidence, warmth, and enthusiasm
Accurately document customer interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in our CRM system
Troubleshoot and resolve questions related to digital products
Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and policies to provide spot-on information
Collaborate with a supportive team to continuously improve the customer experience
Speak Danish at Fluent level (written & spoken) and have English at B2 level
Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment
Are passionate about automotive topics and comfortable with digital technologies
Have strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
