The Role: Remote Customer Service Agent

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will join a distributed team of professionals who handle customer support tasks for our growing client base.   • Complete end-of-shift reports documenting key metrics and unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with teammates asynchronously using Slack or similar platforms.
  • Maintain a strong customer satisfaction score by delivering accurate, empathetic responses.
  • Log all customer interactions accurately in the client's CRM system.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • No prior experience required — comprehensive paid training provided upon hire.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to maintain focus and productivity in a home environment.
  • Available to commit to a minimum of 15–20 hours per week during scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM accurately under moderate time pressure.
