The Role: Remote Clerical Specialist

The Remote Clerical Specialist position is a key remote role designed for detail-oriented, communicative individuals who are ready to contribute from day one.   • Participate in weekly virtual check-ins to report progress and receive new task batches.

Requirements

  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel).
  • Comfortable working independently for extended periods without direct supervision.
  • High attention to detail — data accuracy is the #1 priority in this role.
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 40 WPM accurately.
  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable computer (PC or Mac) and a stable internet connection.
