Relationship Manager- banking

    • Administer & manage banking business, sales, and performance. 
    • Identify new potential areas for expansion and accelerating its development. 
    • Managing and training the team as well as the distributers 
    • Plan, develop and implement business strategies for overall growth of the area allocated & the distributers in that area, with the objective of improving sales and enabling business expansion
    • Understanding the business model & mobilizing sales accordingly.
    • Relationship management and brand building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill.
    • Planning & executing activities/tie-ups to drive sales through respective channel.
    • Enlarge the scope of existing relationships and penetrate deeper in the channel.
    • Proactively cultivate new business and uncover sales opportunities within the geographic territory.
    • Updating Distributors of financial markets, Mutual Fund product & services.
    • Maintain superior sales support & services for higher market share.

Requirements

Job Requirement

  • Sales experience of 4 to 5 years in handling bank channel
  • Proven track record of client value creation
  • Exemplary communication and client engagement skills
