· Engaging with distributors (IFA / Banks / ND’s) to garner sales.
· Manage direct selling to cater to the HNI customers in the area.
· Leverage on market opportunities and develop new client relationships and accounts
· Identify & empanel new IFA in the area.
1. Plan, develop and implement business strategies for overall growth of the area allocated & the distributors & bank RM’s in that area, with the objective of improving sales and enabling business expansion
· Enlarge the scope of existing Distributor relationships and penetrate deeper into the Non-Active Distributors
· Handle branch IR & DS activities with the help of office staff / trainee
· Relationship management and brand building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill
Requirements
· 3 years of relevant selling experience.
· Proven track record of client value creation
· Exemplary communication and client engagement skills
· Domain knowledge of investments / mutual funds necessary.
Educational Qualifications
· MBA/PGDM – Finance and/or Marketing
· The candidate must have good communication & presentation skills.
· The candidate should have experience in Mutual Fund Sales & sound knowledge of Mutual Fund Products.
· The ideal candidates should have knowledge of Capital Markets & value creation for clients.
· Self-starter, proactive & target oriented behaviour will be appreciated.
