Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support a collaborative rehabilitation facility in Clovis, NM. This per-diem role involves delivering high-quality patient care across 12-hour day or night shifts, focusing on recovery, rehabilitation, and patient/family education in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS and CPR certification required.
  • Experience: Must have at least 1 year experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or related settings.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, critical thinking, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress, document observations, and adjust care strategies as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and recovery goals.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, including nursing notes and care summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control standards, and facility policies.
  • Provide compassionate support to patients during rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Remain flexible to work 12-hour day or night shifts based on facility needs.
