As a Recruitment Consultant at Royal Ocean Marine, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting top-notch talent for our clients in the maritime sector. Your main objective will be to match exceptional candidates with the right job opportunities, ensuring a high level of satisfaction for both clients and candidates.

Working closely with clients and candidates, you will build strong relationships and gain a deep understanding of their needs and requirements. You will utilize your industry knowledge and expertise to identify suitable candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the maritime industry/other industries
• Strong understanding of the maritime industry / other industries and its various sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
