Knowledge of CRM systems is essential to manage member information efficiently and assist with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Maintain and update member records in the CRM system.
• Schedule and manage appointments, classes, and personal training sessions.
• Handle membership queries, renewals, and payments.
• Assist in administrative tasks, including reporting and record keeping.
• Support gym staff and management in operational tasks as needed.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
