The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for converting marketing-generated leads into successful property sales transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the entire home-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert leads generated through digital marketing, advertising campaigns, events, and walk-ins
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and purchase timeline
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly conversion targets
- Conduct site visits and showcase properties to prospective buyers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties from the portfolio
- Build strong relationships and provide consultative selling approach
- Handle negotiations within approved discount frameworks
- Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales (direct sales only preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
