We are looking for a Quality Compliance Manager to join our Quality & Excellence Department in our offices located in Aspropyrgos.

As a Quality Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the company’s governance, risk management and compliance frameworks, ensuring regulatory adherence, strong internal controls, and continuous improvement, while driving quality management and sustainability performance across all logistics and corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Lead internal and external audits and manage certification and regulatory compliance processes.
• Establish and maintain governance, risk management and internal control frameworks.
• Monitor quality and compliance KPIs and manage corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, transportation and distribution operations.
• Lead governance, risk and compliance initiatives aligned with corporate strategy.
• Oversee environmental and carbon performance, including GHG emissions monitoring.
• Lead ESG, CSRD and GRI-aligned sustainability reporting.
• Lead and govern sustainable practices across transport, packaging and supplier management.
• Develop and audit corporate procedures, manuals and governance frameworks.
• Advise senior management and cross-functional leaders on governance, risk and performance improvement.
• Oversee data protection and privacy governance in line with GDPR principles.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting audits, continuous improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Experience designing and managing governance and internal control frameworks.
• Experience with GDPR, data protection and privacy governance is considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Problem-solving and analytical ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Expert-level knowledge of ISO management and accreditation standards.
• Experience working with digital performance and reporting systems (advantage).

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, quality or sustainability roles, preferably in logistics or industrial environments.
