We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of our products and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Review and approve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure they are effectively communicated throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met during manufacturing.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for corrective action.
- Coordinate and conduct training programs for staff on quality assurance practices and compliance requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English.
