Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cover various aspects of psychology, including theories, applications, and research methods.
- Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and exams while providing constructive feedback.
- Encourage student participation and discussion to enhance understanding of psychological concepts.
- Incorporate real-world examples and case studies to illustrate psychological phenomena.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop interdisciplinary projects and events.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to school community initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is preferred.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in psychology or a related subject.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage students effectively.
- A passion for teaching and helping students understand the human mind and behavior.
