Requirements
- Total of 15 years and a minimum of 6 years of project management experience, particularly in government or public sector projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project progress.
- Strong understanding of government regulations, compliance issues, and funding sources.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with government stakeholders and team members.
- Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or similar) is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project-related activities.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with diverse teams.
