Blue Machines builds next-generation agentic voice AI for enterprise workflows. We design and deliver conversational AI agents powered by GenAI, helping clients automate high-value interactions across industries.

We operate at the intersection of AI, integrations, and enterprise-grade delivery — and are looking for a sharp, dependable Project Manager to lead our project execution end-to-end.

Role Overview:

As Project Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day single point of contact (SPOC) for enterprise clients, while driving clarity and momentum internally. You’ll orchestrate projects across AI, product, integrations, and client teams — from discovery to go-live.

This is a client-facing, detail-oriented, and cross-functional role. You’ll own the plan, chase blockers, run standups, track delivery health, and ensure no ball is dropped.

What You'll Do

Be the Face of Delivery (Client-Side)

  • Serve as the primary client POC for daily execution, updates, questions, and escalations
  • Drive structured status communications: own MoMs, follow-ups, summaries
  • Manage timelines, approvals, feedback loops, and unblock external dependencies

Plan, Track, and Execute

  • Translate project scope into clear milestones, tasks, owners, and dates
  • Maintain Jira boards and Gantt-style timelines
  • Track task status, slippage reasons, and delivery health dashboards

Orchestrate Internally

  • Coordinate across AI leads, integration engineers, QA/testing and product/solutions teams
  • Track ownership across internal and client-side tasks (Excel + Jira)
  • Proactively chase updates, unblock issues, and make sure nothing falls through

Manage Situations & Escalations

  • Identify delivery risks early and drive resolution with speed and diplomacy
  • Manage scope alignment, prioritization, and client satisfaction conversations
  • Handle fast-moving change and ambiguity with clarity and calm

What We're Looking For

Must - Haves

  • 3–7 years experience managing tech/service delivery projects
  • Strong client-facing skills: communication, follow-ups, conflict management
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and highly proactive in chasing tasks and closing loops
  • Fluent in tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp or equivalent
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams (engineering + product + client)
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and “gets things done”

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience in AI, voice, NLP or GenAI projects
  • Background in integration-heavy enterprise delivery (APIs, infra, UAT, compliance)
  • Exposure to project cost tracking, man-hour estimation, or delivery reporting
