Responsibilities
- Lead and manage fibre optic infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
- Prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during project implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the telecommunications industry, specifically with fibre optic projects.
- Strong understanding of FTTH network deployment and optical fibre systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
