Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage data centre construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and provide updates on project status.
- Review and approve design documents, contracts, and change orders.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to project progress and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the data centre or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
