Requirements

1.Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop and manage project plans for AI projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Break down complex AI projects into manageable tasks, define milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
1. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, AI researchers, engineers, and business analysts.
• Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on AI best practices and project goals.
2. Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to executives and other stakeholders on project updates, results, and key insights.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, balancing technical constraints with business needs.
3. Risk Management & Problem-Solving:
• Identify and mitigate risks related to AI technologies, resources, and timelines.
• Address technical challenges as they arise, leveraging deep knowledge of AI principles to offer solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
4. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that AI solutions meet quality standards, performance benchmarks, and scalability requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, model evaluations, and performance testing to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
5. Monitoring and Reporting:
• Monitor the progress of AI projects and provide detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Analyze project outcomes, provide feedback, and implement process improvements for future AI projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) managing complex AI/ML-related projects.
• Previous experience working in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and working with diverse stakeholders.

Technical Skills(Knowledge needed and not hands on ):

• Project Management Tools: Expertise in tools like Jira or MS Project for tracking and managing project timelines, tasks, and resources.
• AI/ML Frameworks & Tools: Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, or MATLAB.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure for deploying AI models and managing data.
• Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in languages like Python etc
• Version Control Systems: Experience with Git or other version control systems for managing code and collaborations.
• Database Management: Understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) for managing large datasets.

Additional Skills:

• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, from data collection to model deployment and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective time management, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of ethical AI considerations, data privacy, and bias mitigation techniques.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, reinforcement learning, or other specialized AI domains.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation in AI projects (CI/CD pipelines).
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create reports and dashboards.
• Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google AI certification, AWS Certified Machine Learning) and/or Project Management (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster).
