Intertek is looking for a Project Engineer Team Leader to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring project management is carried out effectively and efficiently. This role requires a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, providing technical support and guidance.
    • Ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high quality standards.
    • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and address any challenges.
    • Monitor project progress and prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure integration of activities and achievement of company objectives.
    • Foster a collaborative working environment.

Requirements

  • Requirements:
    • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related disciplines).
    • At least 7 years of experience in the industry, with a strong background in project management.
    • Proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.
    • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
    • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
    • Mandatory: Valid Polish Building License (uprawnienia budowlane) and SEP Electrical License.
