Job Responsibilities:
- Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
- Inspect site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.
- Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.
- Oversee projects, ensuring adherence to contract terms and regulatory specifications.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess a Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.
- Proficient in basic AutoCAD software.
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to handle construction projects with commitment.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
