About the role:
Join CDC’s growing team as we expand into Maddington, Perth. We’re excited to commence recruitment for our WA in-house construction team, working closely with our Construction/Project Manager.
This role plays a key part in managing the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data centre builds in Maddington. From concept design through to completion, you’ll ensure projects stay organised, on schedule, and aligned across all internal and external stakeholders. The position combines strong stakeholder engagement with detailed reporting and on-site inspections, overseeing structural coordination throughout the entire project lifecycle.

About you:
This role suits an experienced Project Coordinator with a background in large-scale construction projects, ideally in critical infrastructure or technical environments. You’ll bring strong organisational skills, technical understanding, and commercial awareness to keep complex builds on track.
As the Project Manager’s key support on site, you’ll manage coordination across multiple stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks as we deliver WA’s first data centre. Success in this role comes from being proactive, adaptable, and ready to find solutions when plans change.
Australian Citizenship is essential - with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
