  1. Project Coordination:
    • Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects from inception to completion.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, task assignments, and deliverables.
    • Track progress against timelines and milestones, identifying risks and facilitating resolutions.
  2. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors.
    • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting outcomes.
    • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  3. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
    • Prepare progress reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
    • Manage version control and documentation repositories for project-related files.
  4. Resource and Task Management:
    • Coordinate resource allocation and availability with team leads.
    • Monitor team workload and productivity, ensuring deadlines are met without overburdening staff.
    • Assist in onboarding new team members to project-specific tools and processes.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
    • Collaborate with QA teams to plan and track testing cycles, reporting issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in fintech or software development.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of fintech technologies, payment systems, or digital wallets is a plus.
