Optimiza is looking for a highly organized and strategic Programs Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various programs that align with the organization’s strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate program execution and ensure seamless communication throughout the program lifecycle.
- Monitor program progress, identifying risks and challenges, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Establish metrics and reporting systems to evaluate program effectiveness and impact, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, budgets, and status reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and presentations to update on program status and gather feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance program delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in program management or project management in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
