We are looking for a Production & Procurement Administrative Officer to support our production and procurement operations and help keep everything running smoothly.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the Production & Procurement Manager by handling administrative, documentation, and communication tasks, to reduce operational load and ensure smooth daily workflows.
This position is critical for maintaining accurate records, professional supplier communication, and operational continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, manage, and follow up on professional business emails with suppliers and partners in Greek and English
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, confirmations, clarifications, and delivery follow-ups
  • Register and manage supplier invoices and related documentation in the ERP system
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices
  • Support procurement and production workflows through structured data entry and coordination
  • Assist the Production & Procurement Manager with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Ensure documentation, deadlines, and internal procedures are followed correctly

Requirements

  • Excellent written Greek and English (professional business level)
  • Able to write clear, structured, and professional emails and documents without extensive guidance
  • Previous experience with ERP systems, invoicing, or administrative/operations roles
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a production-oriented, fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in electronics production, supply chain, or procurement environments
  • Familiarity with invoicing processes, VAT, or supplier documentation
